How long does it take to make my order?

Made to order pieces takes 4-6 weeks to complete. Ready to ship orders are shipped within a week.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Once your order is shipped, it may take up to 4 weeks to arrive. It may take longer due to COVID. Please keep in mind that most couriers are delayed due to COVID.

Is there an option to place a rush order?

If you’re ordering for a special occasion or would like to place a rush order (to be completed within a week) Please email us before placing your order to see if we can accommodate to your request. 

How should I handle my stained glass piece?

Stained glass pieces are fragile so please handle with care. They also contain lead so please wash hands after handling.

 

How do I hang my stained glass piece?

Most pieces (except clouds and table pieces) will have eyelets/jump rings for hanging purposes. Please hang your piece with a nail/hook. Please avoid suctions cups.
